“More Cowbell” takes the iconic Will Ferrell–Christopher Walken SNL moment and asks: what if we just… kept going? And what if everybody danced?
A live, purpose-built band. A seasoned improvisation conductor at the helm. A sprawling playlist of songs united by one glorious, clanging thing in common. And a dance floor that doesn’t quit.
From funk and soul to rock classics — including that Blue Oyster Cult song — serves as the jumping-off point — Apple | Spotify. Every performance is composed live in the moment through Soundpainting, a live-composing sign language where nothing is predetermined and nothing repeats. The version you dance to on Saturday will never exist again.
Featuring the top-notch talents of Claude McCan, Frederico7, Leila Henley, Andy Nolte, Alan Uribe, and Michael Hale, this is a full-body, shimmy-till-your-shoes-give-out kind of night. Even if you stay in your seat, your feet will tap and your head will bob.
